Rehabilitation Therapy

One of our primary focuses at Oregon Living and Rehabilitation is to provide excellent rehabilitation therapy for our residents and members of the surrounding community. You will receive the latest therapy interventions in our newly renovated Therapy Gym which features the latest equipment and technology to treat short and long-term stay residents.

If you are looking for short term rehabilitation, long term care, or specialized treatments programs for yourself or a loved one, our healthcare professionals can transition you to the best outcomes possible. Our highly educated and experienced physical therapy and nursing staff assess each resident and create an individualized care plan. These care plans are designed to address the specific needs of each resident and allows them to return to their maximum level of independence. Our caring staff work closely not only with the resident but, family members to keep them informed of progress in therapy.

Therapy Options

Physical Therapy

Individualized treatment programs to promote the highest level of function, safe and independence in movement.

Occupational Therapy

Multi-disciplinary approaches to restore abilities and function for daily living including bathing, dressing and feeding.

Speech Therapy

Treatment plans to reestablish swallowing, speaking and other communication and cognitive skills that develop from a wide variety of disease processes.

Respiratory Therapy

Our respiratory therapist works with residents who suffer from acute and chronic respiratory illnesses. Some of these illnesses include COPD, Asthma, Emphysema, Chronic Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Lung Disease and Pulmonary Hypertension. This in turn helps control symptoms, return residents to their highest level of independent functioning and improves quality of life.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

Our program is designed to optimize recovery and quality of life with the focus on Coronary Artery Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Arrhythmias, and post heart attack and cardiac Surgery. Specialty treatment modalities including E-stim and ultrasound.

Rehab to Home

This transitional program is a stepping stone to home. Receive the rehabilitation and nursing services needed to help you back to your routine and independent living as quickly as possible. Get well at your own pace while you work with our expert staff. Our discharge planners will assist in getting your home services and equipment in place to make your return to home successful.
